• Versatility ~ different colours for inner or outer layer. Smooth, rough, matt or gloss finishes are possible and a range of textures such as a paper or parchment feel. Laminates may be applied externally to protect printing and barriers incorporated to exclude odours or moisture.
• Quality ~ rolls can be finished with record ends to simplify further processes. The ability to create deadfolds and welds ensures seal strength and accuracy in the gusset. Receptive surfaces make high definition printing easier.
• Value ~ expensive products can be applied with micron accuracy, reducing the quantities required.
• Productivity ~ low friction on the inner layer and micro perforations means fast filling for sacks. Higher friction externally reduces slip, preventing the loss and disruption caused by spillage.
